askWillow is an AI-powered quoting tool built exclusively for landscaping businesses. Unlike general trade management platforms that serve electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and dozens of other trades, Willow is purpose-built for landscapers — meaning every feature, every prompt, every line item suggestion, and every piece of pricing data is specific to the landscaping industry.

A landscaper walks a job site, describes what they see by voice note on their phone, and receives a fully itemised, professionally branded quote and client proposal in around 10 minutes — before they've left the property.

Who built askWillow?

askWillow was built by Xavier, a working landscaper with 25 years of hands-on experience through his business Alchemy Landscaping in Australia. Xavier built the tool for his own business because he was spending too many evenings at the kitchen table on quotes instead of with his family.

When he showed it to other landscapers, every one of them wanted access — so he made it available to the industry. Willow is operated by Xavier and his wife Yasmin, who runs business operations, marketing and customer relationships.
