Willow is a SaaS platform providing AI-assisted project estimation. While our AI is trained on 25 years of job-site reality, the User (the Landscaper) is responsible for the final verification of all quotes. Willow is not liable for errors in material quantities or labor costs that were not reviewed by the User.

2. Exclusive Founders Offer (First 25 Members)

To celebrate our launch, the first 25 Landscaping Businesses to join Willow receive the following "Founder Status" benefits:

Two Months Free: Your first 60 days of service are complimentary.
Lifetime Discount: A 50% discount off the RRP is locked into your account for the lifetime of your active subscription.
Price Protection: As a Founder, your base rate will never increase, even as we add new features and tiers.

3. Subscription & Billing

Following your free month, billing will occur automatically via your chosen payment method. You may cancel at any time via the platform settings. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months.

4. AWS Reliability & Uptime

We utilize AWS Multi-Availability Zone architecture for maximum reliability. However, Willow is not liable for service interruptions caused by regional AWS outages or general internet connectivity issues at the User's location.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee or right you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
