Willow is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your data is protected by bank-grade encryption at rest (AWS KMS) and in transit (SSL/TLS). Our infrastructure is designed to protect your proprietary business logic and client information from unauthorized access.

2. International Data Residency

Willow is currently hosted on AWS infrastructure in Australia. If you are accessing Willow from outside of Australia (e.g., the United Kingdom, USA, or New Zealand), you acknowledge and agree that your data will be transferred to and stored on our Australian-based servers. We ensure all transfers comply with international data protection laws (including GDPR and UK Data Protection Act) via AWS's global security protocols.

3. AI & Data Usage

Willow uses Artificial Intelligence to process voice and text notes into project estimations.

Privacy by Design: We do not sell your proprietary pricing, labor rates, or profit margins to third parties or competitors.
Data Isolation: Your data is logically separated within our AWS environment to ensure your business secrets remain yours alone.

4. Data Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of your site notes, client lists, and generated proposals. You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time.
