Section 03 · Scope of works
Scope of works
Site Preparation
Site strip and clearance including removal of existing vegetation, debris and spoil. Excavation to design levels with material disposed off-site via skip bin.
Concrete Works
100mm reinforced concrete slab to pool surrounds and pathways (~52m²). Includes steel reinforcement, formwork, pump and pour, smooth trowel finish.
Retaining Wall
1.2m high besser block retaining wall along rear boundary (~18 lin.m). Reinforced core-fill, agricultural drainage, clean backfill.
Landscaping & Planting
Premium Sir Walter Buffalo turf to lawn areas (~120m²) including soil prep. Garden beds prepared with quality soil mix and hardwood mulch. 24 feature plants in 200mm pots.
Project Management
Full project coordination — scheduling of trades, quality checks, daily site management, communication at every stage.

Quotation Validity
- •Valid for 30 days from issue date.
- •If works do not commence within this period, pricing may be reviewed.
Acceptance
- •Sign the digital acceptance section to proceed.
- •A planning meeting will be scheduled to confirm start date and logistics.
Site & Special Conditions
- •Quotation is based on visible, above-ground conditions at time of inspection.
- •Unforeseen conditions (rock, roots, buried services) may result in a written variation.
- •Any additional works outside scope will be quoted and approved in writing.
